AMBYX Ltd. has signed a contract for the provision of grant financial assistance under procedure BG05SFPR002-1.004 "Adapted Work Environment" under the "Human Resources Development" Program 2021-2027.

Brief Project Description:
The project will include the following activities:
"Development and implementation of 'green' labor organization models";
"Providing prevention and burnout prevention at the workplace and addressing the mental health effects of the COVID pandemic - psychological support";
"Procurement of personal protective equipment (PPE) and special workwear";
"Provision of collective protective equipment, including modernization and/or reconstruction, and/or securing existing facilities, technological processes, machines, and equipment related to improving working conditions";
"Providing social benefits for employees, including renovation and equipping of rest, rehabilitation, sports, dining, and recreation areas in enterprises, etc."
The project will also include visibility, transparency, and communication activities, as well as project organization and management activities.
Investments under this procedure comply with the requirements of the "Do No Significant Harm" principle.
Project Objective(s):
The overall objective of the project is to ensure a transition to a climate-neutral economy and changing work models, improve access to employment in quality jobs, and adapt to changes in the work environment. The project will provide better working conditions by developing models for environmentally neutral workplaces and investing in safe working conditions.
Expected Project Outcomes:
The expected outcomes of this grant financial assistance procedure are aimed at improving the healthy and safe working environment in enterprises, which is a key element in achieving sustainable working conditions for all workers, helping to reduce health risks in the workplace, and improving health and safety standards.
