Our stainless aseptic vessels are mostly made of AISI 316L steel and are designed to work under pressure. Before aseptic filling, liquids and viscous products are stored in aseptic containers. They are most commonly used in the milk processing industry. These containers are made following the food and beverage industry’s most stringent hygienic specifications. Aseptic vessels typically operate under overpressure with sterile air. Pre-sterilization, product filling, emptying, aseptic and final production cleaning are all controlled by a system of stainless steel pneumatic valves and hygienic sensors.
Milk, soft drinks, juices, food, fruit, and vegetable purees are all examples of applications.
